Party Clean-up Guidelines
- Must bag all trash and place in trashcan.
- Wipe down sink in clubhouse and vacuum the carpet.
- If using pool area or outside tables, please make sure
They are left clean.
- Must check bathrooms and make sure they are not
Left in a mess (toilets flushed, sinks clean of debris).
We are asking that you leave the area in the same condition that you found it. There can be more than one party a day using the facility and we need to clean up after ourselves. Thanks for your cooperation. Have Fun!
Note: The clubhouse/pool can only be rented by a resident and/or a person that has paid pool dues, and only for the use of themselves and their guests. The clubhouse/pool cannot be reserved by a resident for the use of someone else (non-resident). If a resident has guests, they (the resident) will have to be in attendance, and accept responsibility for the party. This is an amenity provided for the residents of Covington Place Subdivision.
